Ingredients for Artichoke Rice Description
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 1 cup of boiled peas
- 2 artichokes (I used canned)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Half a teaspoon of black pepper
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- about 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 cups of hot water
- 1 pinch of parsley

- The rice is washed well in warm water and kept in water for 10 minutes.
- Olive oil is taken into the rice pot and the washed rice is added and the roasting begins.
- Then boiled peas, artichokes (I first divided the artichoke into 4 in the plus form, then chopped each part lengthwise) salt, pepper, butter are added and roasted a little more.
- Then 2 glasses of hot water are added and left to cook on low heat.
- The cooked and covered rice is waited for a little brewing and finely chopped parsley is added to the brewed rice, mixed and served.
Note: I used basmati, you can also use regular rice. For ordinary baldo rice, 1.5 glasses of water will be sufficient.
