However, so as to leave no doubt, the following notes allow customers to check on our terms and conditions before ordering, and advises them of their recourse should they not be satisfied.

When you order, we need to know your billing and the recipient's information. This allows us to process and fulfill your order. This will use only for the service you have sought and would not be under any circumstances passed on to any other commercial purpose or to a third party.

Descriptions of Products we sell
All items are sold as genuine, and as described in the item description. The image displayed on the website pertaining to the description, is the actual item being offered for sale. Customers can contact us before purchase, if they need a fuller description of any aspect of the goods.
- Whilst great care is taken with the description of items listed, if any item is incorrectly described, and is returned intact within 7 days of receipt by the buyer, to the seller, Lanka Nest (Pvt) Ltd, a full refund for the purchase of the item will be made.
- The following items will not be returnable:
- Food Items
- Items containing 10 or more items i.e.: Hampers, Fruit Baskets, etc
- Used or Damaged items
- If it is necessary to identify an order, the date of the order, plus the customer's name and address, are sufficient to act as a reference. If an invoice is raised, this will have an invoice number on it
Delivery
After completion of payment, it is our normal practice to dispatch orders on sharp delivery date and time which was specified by the customer when he is placing an order. If we are unable to process an order with mentioned time frame we will contact the customer to confirm that the order is still required, to explain the delay, and to confirm our expected date of delivery. If an order is not processed within 7 days, and our proposals are not acceptable to the customer, a full refund would be made.

Cancelling Your Order

Returns and refunds
Should a customer not be satisfied with a product, they should return it within four days of receipt. The recipient in Sri Lanka can return the goods delivered by Lanka Nest only if delivered items are found to be defective or perished or damaged at the time of delivery. However, any electronic item (a consumer durable) is found to be defective after delivery the recipient may make a request for replacement. We always deliver such consumer durables with a warranty from the manufacturer.
We understand that customers can from time to time make errors in orders, and will always attempt to make refunds or replacements if this is practical. Customers are liable for the cost of postage to us when returning goods, and are responsible for the safe transit of the goods. If posting goods to us, a receipt should always be obtained. Refunds are normally made within a day or two of receipt.

Pricing
All prices listed on lankanest.com are in American dollars. Total delivery charges or postage charges are clearly indicated during the checkout process and are also explained in full in the delivery section of our website. Therefore, the total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery or postage charges as set out in the delivery section of the Website. lankanest.com does not apply hidden fees or surcharges.
Order Acceptance
Where we suspect a fraudulent attempt to obtain goods from lankanest.com we will decline the order. We may ask for further evidence of proof of identity and card holder billing residence where necessary as well. In such cases we have rights to get back delivered order from the recipient mentioning about the fraud.
