In case of refund how many days it will take?

Generally we try our level best to satisfy your needs. In situations where we have to refund, generally it takes 7 days to get the refund affected in your credit card statement.

Can I modify my order?

In most cases you can. But it must be done Day before the Delivery Date. However, in case of perishable items like cakes, flowers, sweets etc orders once placed can not be modified.

Can the recipient send me a return message?

Yes. the recipient can send a return message to you. We will request all recipients to fill in the return message for you in the delivery confirmation memo and we shall e-mail the same to you.

Can I send a card along with the gift?

All gifts are delivered with a card and it is FREE. Just type in your message while placing your order.

How do I know that gift has been delivered?

As soon as your order is delivered, you will receive a confirmation through e-mail with the details of delivery, i.e., date, name of the recipient and products delivered. You can also log on to 'Order Status' in Lankanest.com and check the status of your order by entering Your Order number.

Are the items delivered as per the display on webpage?

Yes in most cases. However there might be slight variation in case of Sweets, flower arrangements etc. In case of non-perishable items we deliver the same item as far as possible. If a particular item is not available in the market or a specific model is withdrawn by the manufacturer, an item nearest to the description of the item ordered will be delivered

Are the flowers, Fruits, Sweets & chocolates fresh?

Our source items from the best in town. LankaNest provides you with a Replacement-Warranty. If the recipient of your gift is not satisfied, we will replace it! No questions asked.

Are there any specific days of delivery?

We deliver as per your instructions. 7 days a week 365 days a year. Just specify the date and we shall do the rest.

How much time it takes for delivery?

Deliveries are normally made next day of your order. However you can choose your prefer delivery date. We will deliver on your prefer date. We have our own delivery network for delivery. If you have mentioned a specific delivery date which is less than the normal delivery time, we will try our best to deliver the same but cannot guarantee the delivery.

Can I send items to anywhere in Sri Lanka?

No, You can send items to locations listed in our Delivery Locations

What do you do with my personal details?

We do not use your address particulars for any other commercial purpose. We need your particulars only to contact you in case of any problem in delivery or to reconfirm the orders in case of high value items. This will also help us if any person wrongly uses your credit card without your knowledg

Why should I register to place my order?

Every time you place an order you have to fill up all your details in the order form. If you register with the site, we will maintain your account and you need not fill all your details every time you want to place an order. This will save your time. It will also entitles you to get our newsletter which we send from time to time to keep you informed about new products, services or special schemes introduced in our site.
